Stacie Truesdell Michaels focuses her practice on commercial transactions and general business affairs helping clients with a wide range of legal issues.
Stacie previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort. As General Counsel, Stacie managed all legal affairs of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Prior to joining Wynn Las Vegas, Stacie served as Associate General Counsel to a Las Vegas real estate development company. She began her legal career as an Associate at Jones Vargas, which eventually became Fennemore Craig.
Stacie received her JD, magna cum laude, from New York Law School and her BA in Art and Government & Law from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. She is admitted to the Nevada Bar.
Stacie is a graduate of The Meadows School, where she also serves on the Board of Trustees. She is also on the Board of the Children’s Discovery Museum in Las Vegas and served on the founding board of the USO Las Vegas.
Stacie volunteers her time with Legal Aid of Southern Nevada and is a former honoree of VEGAS INC’s 40 Under 40. She is also a former appointee of the Nevada Taxicab Commission, where she served as chairman.
Stacie and her husband, Justin, are proud parents to three daughters.
