Public Relations Director
Since joining Argentum, Molly Ellery has led and worked on campaigns in travel and tourism, healthcare and insurance, food and beverage, education, transportation and everything in between. As the head of the firm’s public relations department, Molly manages a diverse client roster and has expertise in strategic communication, public relations and public affairs, brand-to-consumer marketing and media relations. Her work has helped her achieve goals for clients such as Grand Sierra Resort and Casino, Frey Ranch Distillery, V&T Railway, Liberty Dental Plan, The Depot Craft Brewery and Distillery, United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada, Elite Medical Center, Nevada State High School and Nevada Builders Alliance.
Molly’s expertise sits in public affairs, mixing public relations tactics with strategic communications. Most recently, her work helped her team secure top awards at local chapters of the Public Relations Society of America and a PR News award in public affairs. She has also secured coverage for clients in local, regional and national news outlets such as The Huffington Post, Food and Beverage Magazine, San Fransisco Chornicle, Washington Post, APlus Magazine, Bourbon+ and LA Magazine. Furthermore, her vast relationships with reporters and journalists have allowed her to assist in handling crisis communications for behavioral health centers, hospitals, development projects, casinos and more.
Molly was named nationally as a PR News Rising Star Under 30 for the 2020 class and a 2021 35 Under 35 for Sigma Kappa Sorority. She is a Nevada native and graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a bachelor’s in International Affairs and Political Science. She is also an active alumnus of her sorority Sigma Kappa and a former board member for the Community Food Pantry.
