For the past seven years, Kerrie has lobbied in Nevada, representing clients before every level of government, gaining solid relationships with local municipalities, the Nevada State Legislature, the Office of the Governor, executive branch agencies and Nevada’s federal delegation. As a lobbyist, Kerrie provides clients with active representation before state legislatures throughout the calendar year, including regular sessions, special sessions and all legislative interim committees.

In addition to having extensive experience obtaining approvals for various permits, licenses and land use entitlements; Kerrie also actively monitors, maintains a constant presence before, and provides clients a strong voice with municipal government. In addition to her government relations experience, Kerrie has a wealth of experience in commercial leasing, including preparation of lease and license agreements, negotiation of business terms with tenants and their attorneys, and termination and enforcement of contract documents. Kerrie’s areas of practice range from Administrative and Government Relations Regulatory to Real Estate and State and Local Tax (SALT).

Kerrie was appointed in 2014 to a task committee that spearheaded reformation of Nevada’s live entertainment tax, and continues to work to reform liquor code in Clark County and Clark County’s planning application and permitting process for commercial development. An active member within her community, Kerrie volunteer’s with The Cupcake Girls Las Vegas, a resource organization that works with sex workers in all facets, providing holistic resources and pro bono services to individuals in the adult entertainment and sex worker industry, including survivors of domestic human sex trafficking. Kerrie is additionally a member of Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce and NAIOP Commercial Re Real Estate Development Association for both the Southern and Northern Nevada Chapters. With a philanthropic touch, Kerrie is also an annual participant in the Hustle Up the Hancock, a race that benefits the Respiratory Health Association.
