Dominic Donato
Licensing Coordinator

Dominic is a proud Las Vegas native and a recent graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Health. While his academic studies provided a strong analytical and research foundation, his career focus has shifted toward the practice of law, particularly in the areas of licensing and regulatory compliance. With plans to pursue a legal education, Dominic is preparing to build a career that contributes to Nevada’s highly regulated industries, especially in liquor and gaming. While in college, he also played for the UNR ice hockey team, which strengthened his discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that continue to serve him in his professional development.
Dominic attended Bishop Gorman High School, where his dedication to community involvement first began. Throughout high school, he actively volunteered with nonprofit organizations across the Las Vegas area, which instilled in him a strong sense of civic responsibility and an understanding of how regulatory structures and governance impact communities. These early experiences helped cultivate his interest in the intersection of law, business, and regulation.
Currently, Dominic is gaining practical experience in the licensing field by working at Argentum, where his father is a founding partner. This role has provided him with firsthand exposure to the complexities of licensing, gaming regulations, and regulatory compliance. From assisting with the preparation of licensing applications to observing client matters involving the Nevada Gaming Control Board and local licensing authorities, Dominic has developed valuable insight into the legal framework that governs Nevada’s highly regulated industries.
Dominic is eager to build on his foundation in regulatory matters and continue working within the areas of licensing and gaming law to make a meaningful impact in Nevada’s legal and business community.
